Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $475K in Stoneham, MA.
Dino is the most professional and well round real estate agent I have done business with during my past 10 years of real estate transactions. I have two friends in the business and I still use Dino for all my agent needs. He has sold a condo for me, helped me rent out two different apartments, and helped me purchase my current home. He is always punctual and never complains about any request or comment. He gives honest answers regarding his personal beliefs on a question but will do whatever the client decides regardless of his thoughts on the matter. He is a solid negotiator as well.
My wife and I have very different tastes in what we wanted for a home. Dino helped us sift through well over 100 (probably closer to 200) different homes in order to find the right one. He never complained when we gave him 20 homes to research and always offered to visit the homes with us even if it was during an open house. He negotiated a fair price for us, assisted us in looking for someone to help renovate the home, and closed the deal. I will always use Dino's services until he gets tired of us.
Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Brookline, MA.
Dino Bacoka was extraordinarily responsive and accurate and worked like the fluid speed of lightening to rent my wonderful apartment in Brookline out. He found a very pleasant tenant and was professional and was perfect in every part of the negotiation of the lease. I feel lucky to have found this agent. I hope he continues in the area so that I can use him again and again. Thank you Dino, you are a gem!
Found a tenant for a Other home in Brighton, Brighton, MA.
Dino found great tenants for me, timely and completely done paperwork, courtesy service. Couple of years later I had a question about a specific situation with another set of tenants, and Dino gave me his advice that helped me to take the right actions.
I have been a landord in the Allston area for about 15 years and have had the opportunity to work with hundreds of real estate agents throughout multiple offices during this time. Have had the pleasure of working with Dino on multiple occasions over the last few years. It has been my experience working with Dino that he is extremely professional and very knowledgeable with all facets of the real estate profession from the end transaction to everything leading up to and and beyond the sale/rental.
I can recall a few years ago as Dino brought me very good clients of his to rent one of my apartments. He was reviewing and explaining all the forms very carefully to all of his clients and not merely looking for them to sign quickly. He gave his clients an opportunity to ask any questions to him or myself as landlord. He wanted everyone to be very comfortable with the process. He explained the clauses in the lease & landlord generated lease addendum, encouraging questions while explaining. Dino realizes that service goes well beyond signatures on a lease and collecting a fee. He strives for client trust (tenants) & the other client trust (landlords). The trust that he strives for pays dividends in the form of repeat business from tenants & landlords. He proceeded to discuss the need for all to continue working together after the lease signing by advising his clients to report any issues (no matter how small) to the landlord to prevent small problems from becoming large expensive problems. As a landlord, I found this to be very refreshing to work with someone that takes the extra steps for positive results in the future.
Without hesitation I would recommend working with Dino, with his broad range of skills, including service, knowledge, communication skils, and professionalism.
Dino is an excellent realtor and I highly recommend him. In my opinion, there is nothing more I could have asked of Dino than what he volunteered to do and did well. My wife and I have only lived in Boston for 2 years but we have lived in 2 different apartments and interacted with over a dozen realtors. Part of the reason for this is because with a dog and a 1 year old baby we are a difficult family to find a home for. We had to move out of our first place because our neighbors were smoking and it was coming into our place with our baby. And this meant that we had to move quickly and during the offseason for rentals. With few options available at the time and with all of our constraints, Dino was willing to work with us and probably had to do more work for us than any of his other renting clients. He showed us a few great options and got us in to see what would become our home before it went on the market. The place didn't technically allow dogs or kids under 2 but through he negotiated for us. First, he got the owner to agree to let us keep our dog. Second, because the place was not deleaded he negotiated to have it repainted and primed with lead encapsulating paint. Even more than that (if you can believe it), he worked to rent out the place we were moving from so that we wouldn't have to pay additional rent on it while it stood empty.
Additionally, he's just a great guy. Honest, funny, and sincere. We are moving out of the area in the next few months but perhaps the best thing I can say about Dino is that if we were looking for a new place in the area he would be the realtor that we would work with. If you have the opportunity to work with him I highly recommend it because I know that he will go to bat for you, and will do everything he can to find you a great place.
Dino contacted us immediately and was more than accommodating as to when we could meet to view condos. He took our "likes" and "dislikes" into consideration when looking for condo to match our desires and he exceeded our expectations. Dino was willing to put in time and energy to find us the perfect condo. I strongly recommend contacting him if you are interested in buying or selling a condo and we will be using him for any future real estate transactions. Thank you Dino!!
Bought a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $300K in Roslindale, Boston, MA.
I have worked with Dino on two occasions in the past. I bought my first place with him in 2010 and had a wonderful experience - he is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. In 2014 I reached out to him to sell my first home and buy a new home with my fiance. He was amazing at helping us find a place (but also gave us space to check them out first on our own), find a lender and a lawyer, and navigate the confusing real estate market.
If anyone I know is ever looking to buy a home in the area, without a doubt I would recommend Dino to them wholeheartedly!
Dino's expertise and positive attitude made my experience buying real estate incredibly smooth and painless. I have to admit, there was a bit of hand holding going on. In retrospect, I wasn't as educated about the process as I should have been, but Dino was very patient and communicative. He continuously made sure that I was up to date and aware of all the stages of the process and followed through on all commitments. When the time comes for me to deal with real estate again, Dino will be the agent I call.
I have worked with Dino for over 5 years now and can't recommend him enough. He is very professional, thorough and gave me 100% of his attention throughout the entire buying processes. I'm impressed with his interpersonal skills; he is friendly and willing to do anything for his clients. He helped make this stressful and complicated experience run smoothly.
Red Tree Real Estate is a newly established company in Coolidge Corner and I can vouch for any Realtor in the office . The location is convenient and the energy when I visited was very welcoming. It was a pleasure working with the receptionist and meeting Dino there whenever I needed to.
Looking for an apartment to rent or buy is an extremely stressful process. From trying to stay within your budget to finding a qualified agent that will have your interests in mind, it can be quite a feat. I was referred to Dino by a friend who worked with him and I couldn't be happier with the service he offered me. He attentively listened to what I want and need and was able to present me with several options in a very short period of time.
As much as Real Estate Agents work on commission, I never felt like he was pushing me to make a decision or that he had an agenda. The level of professionalism Dino does business with was outstanding, and once it's time for me to find another apartment, I will not even entertain the thought of calling someone else.
Dino understands how important it is to give his clients what they need and how grateful those that don't understand the market are when we find someone like him. Considering that you are probably reading this because you need real estate help, I would pick up that phone and call him right away!
