Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $100K in White Oak, PA.
Dionne was recommended to me as being the top Real Estate professional in the Pittsburgh area. I was getting ready to sell my home. She came over, looked around and gave me some simple but knowledeable advise on how to present it and the price we should ask for. Well simply stated, six weeks from listing date to closing table. Very happy with her. I will absolutely use her again and recommend her over and over.

Dionne was the best! Dionne didn't treat us just clients but as friends. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process. Her real estate knowledge is exceptional. We would certainly recommend her to anyone considering selling or buying now. Even in the current poor market she was able to sell our house in 70 days when the average time on market was 109: and we listed during the holidays to make it that much harder. Awesome agent!

Dionne was the decisive factor in our sale of our house. It was on sale for a long time through another realtor and we were not getting anywhere. Dionne was able to secure an offer and then closing within a short period after we hire her. We highly recommend her to anyone in this area.

She had us at “hello”, the first day my husband I met with Dionne to discuss our property. She came prepared with a folder with all the comps and listings in the area. She was prompt and knowledge with any and all questions we asked. She was marketing our property while we were getting it ready to be put on the market.
