A great lender working superly hard. Although I eventually did not close the refinance with him (because my current mortgage lender agreed to adjust my rate directly), I am very happy with the service of David, always quick responses by email and phone, even at weekends. Also, he explained everything very clearly and patiently. Great lender!!!

It was a pleasure to work with David Nezri. David offers one of the best mortgage rates in the industry. He is very fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was very impressed with his fast responses and useful advice. He was very fast in providing us with mortgage pre-approval letters and I would highly recommend him.

Based on my interactions with David, I have the impression that he really knows his stuff. He is a smart guy who continually looks for the best approach and can tell you up front what will fly and what will not. I will probably contact him first next time around.

It was pleasure working with David. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. I have great rate and I am looking to consolidate two loans but he calculated and suggest to wait for lower rate. I agree with him 100%. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

Although we are still waiting for the right rate to come along, David has been on top of checking rates, and checking in with us. He has been very helpful, keeping us informed of what the market is doing, as well as how different conditions effect the loan rates. We look forward to working with him (hopefully) in the near future.
