Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Medina, OH.
Joe was professional, courteous and so helpful from day one. We ran into a glitch at the closing due to the loan officer's neglect but Joe went into overdrive and used his skills to get everything done in a timely manner. He kept in constant contact with me and helped me through it all. I have moved across the country but will recommend him (and his staff) to everyone I know "back home". I have nothing but the utmost respect for Joe.

Working with Joe was an absolute pleasure. From day one, he made it his goal to help us find what we were looking for in the price range we wanted. Joe often times went out of his way to make sure things got done in a timely manner, quickly responding to phone calls/emails and keeping us updated on everything that was happening with the process from start to finish. Finding friendly service like Joe & his associates provided is often very hard to find these days. Joe was extremely patient throughout & encourages you to ask questions about anything you don't understand. (Which won't be much, the explanations & attention to detail that he provides is outstanding). I would recommend Joe to anyone looking to buy a house, he will take very good care of you & leave you with a overall wonderful experience!

Joe Dirk knows the the Cleveland area market inside out. He's not trying to sell you or find you a home that isn't a fit. He's patient, loyal and ties up all the loose ends when you go through the buying process. In todays world where you don't know who to turn to and trust for proper advice and counsel, Joe Dirk's your man!

Joe Dirk is a very personable agent who will explain in detail all you need to know about your realestate transactions. He can tell you what things to look for, good and not so good. And don`t even worry about the paper work, Joe and his staff will take care of it all. I would recommend Joe and his associates to anyone.

We purchased our first home with the help of Joe Dirk and his associate Joe Suvak and we couldn't have been happier. The process went smoothly and they always got back to us very quickly if we had questions or were dealing with more paperwork. I'd recommend these guys to anyone (and already have!)

I'm a military spouse who's husband is in Korea. This will be our first house and we had no knowledge whatsoever of the process. I had only three months to find and close on a house and Joe was awesome. We must have gone to over 30 houses in three days. After a few he got to know what I liked and helped me to narrow my list down from seeing something I liked in all of them to finding the perfect one for me. And it is PERFECT! My lack of knowledge on the subject of homes wasn't as big of a roadblock as I expected because Joe was there to fill me in on everything...from his recommendations to his general knowledge of houses I was lucky to find him! I'll recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house!
