We were first time home buyers and had an idea in what we were looking for and where we wanted it. Dee not only helped us in finding the right house but, she also helped us navigate the buying and closing process. Her knowledge in house repair was very helpful during the search. We ended up deciding to go for a foreclosed property and it took months. We almost did not end up with the house because the seller was not very cooperative. Prior to putting my mothers house up for sale we interviewed three real estate agents. We were most impressed with Dee. She was very confident,knowelegable and down to earth. We asked her a variety of questions about the economy, the housing market, and she was spot on with all her answers. She came to the house with all of her homework done. She had comparison sales values from the neighborhood in hand for our inspection. She was very confident that the house would sell for asking price.
My mothers home was in a Hispanic section of Philly. Dee asked her Spanish speaking relative to accompany her to the open house to serve as an interpreter. That was above and beyond my expectation.
There were several unique glitches on the buyers end, but Dee turned over every stone and talked to all the people on a regular basis to finally bring us to settlement. I would highly recommend her!!!
