Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $125K in Capitol Heights, MD.
MS. THOMAS IS A WONDERFUL and amazing realtor , if youre a first time homebuyer as I was she will definetely enlighten as well as educate you . She was a tremendous help to me in my home buying process, let me also mention that she is so very dedicated and she remained optimistic even when I wasnt myself . I would recommend Ms. Thomas to all first time and repeat homebuyers and when I, m ready to purchase again I will definetely use her services.

Bought a home in 2012.
I absolutely love Ms. Thomas as my agent. Our initial meeting was more than I could have asked for. She is very friendly, knowledgeble and enthusiatic about her job. Ms. Thomas made me feel like I was her only client because of the amount of attention she gave me. She was determine to find me a new home and ready to close within 30days and she did her job. Ms. Thomas is just wonderful I would recommend her to any and everyone.

I love working with Ms Thomas!!! From the beginning she has made me feel like she really cares about what I want and not just about putting me into a home. She is a compassionate and patient person and I love that she is so honest.I love how she is so organized and she takes her time and make sure you understand every step of the process with buying a home. I also love her assistant!!! I would recommend them to everyone

Good morning, In the spring of 2011, I viewed a property on line, and Ms. Thomas responded to my request very quickly and professionally. She had answers for ALL of my questions and concerns, and was very patient with me as I approached the home-buying process. There was order and efficiency in how she guided and advised me. I trusted and admired Ms. Thomas for her real estate skills. Although, the purchase of that property at that time was not successful due to conditions beyond our control, I wholeheartedly look forward to working with Ms. Thoms in the future.
