Don Callahan helped me purchase a foreclosed home on Tybee Island Georgia as well as sell my home in Savannah, GA. He did so in a personable, professional and caring manner. If I am ever in need of real estate advice or am in the position to sell my present home or buy a new one, I would unhesitatingly ask Don Callahan for assistance.

Sold a home in 2003.
Don helped my wife and I sell 5 properties in one year. All transactions were smooth and easy. When any issue would come up he would resolve them very quickly or know the correct professional to help us out. I would highly recommend Don to anyone looking to purchase or sell their property.

Don is one of the most impressive and trust-worthy real estate agents I have ever worked with. He was able to sell our house in a timely manner at a time when the market looked hopeless. He was always respectful and honest with us. I no longer live in Savannah, but if I did, I would definitely work with Don Callahan.

You will not find a better realtor than Don Callahan! I am a realtor in California with over a decade of experience and I have never worked with any realtor as dedicated as Don. We actually listed our property with 2 other agents and it did not sell. We then listed the property with Don and we were finally able to sell it. He is great at marketing and negotiating. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to sell a property.

We needed to sell our home in perhaps the worst real estate market of our lifetime. Don provided exceptional advice on staging and listing our home and it sold before we knew it. He is professional, personable, and a truly brilliant real estate agent. If you are seeking an agent in the Savannah area, there is honestly no reason to look any further than Don Callahan. From the beginning, Don communicated clearly, accurately and promptly. His marketing strategies were the most impressive I have seen. I particularly liked the Feedbackcentral reports generated after a showing and also Trulia was a great tool for us as the sellers. Don had the experience and aggressive approach we were seeking. He produced the traffic we needed by holding open-house weekends multiple times, advertising the same, signs, balloons, everything but fireworks! He was excellent negotiating a sale which we were pleasantly surprised to have gotten top dollar particularly in this soft market. He did extensive research to price our property accurately from the beginning. We sold our property in just a few months. The entire process couldn't have been any easier or less stressful for us. Thank you Don, job very well done!
Don recommended Jacqueline Mason. She is the agent who helped find our home and her tenacity, as well as her negotiation skills were an asset. This is the 5th home I've purchased and I've never had an agent work so hard to find exactly what we wanted. I also thank Don for the wise referral.
