Our daughter and son-in-law sold their house using a Listing-only service and the financial advantage was obvious, but it did leave them with a lot of the follow up work to do for themselves. When subsequently we decided to move, we decided we would need a little more guidance than they did . We first of all approached a local realtor who offered a low fee / full service but were put off by their initial tardiness. After a week we had not made contact with a real person, and we felt that if that was the standard of their service before we signed up, what could we expect subsequently. We therefore searched the web and came across Don Anthony Realty’s site which offered the same service but at a still lower fee. Somewhat skeptically we telephoned and spoke to Don Anthony himself who quickly summarized the scheme and apologized because he was only able to get an agent to meet with us in two days’ time. Dan arrived on the appointed day and talked us through the contract and sorted out the photos and details for the listing. Our listing went live and that same day we received our first offer, albeit a lowball one. Showings occurred very frequently after that, and within two weeks we had accepted one of two further offers that had been made. Andrew from the support team talked us through the negotiation process and answered all our questions either by phone or email often late into the evening. There was also a very good Question and Answer database online which took us step by step through all the procedures related to the sale. The contract was checked by the team before we received it, and we were constantly updated about the buyer’s appraisal, home inspection, etc and given positive advice about our options. Our HUD settlement statement arrived via Email two days before closing, again with comments from Don Anthony’s team, and this gave us plenty of time to check the figures before we went to the attorney. We arrived in the certain knowledge that had there been anything untoward, Don Anthony’s team would have made us aware of it. Closing went without a hitch, and before we knew it we were on the road to our new destination just two months after listing. So if like us initially you are skeptical about the service, put those fears aside because we can report that we received a 110% service from this fine team and trust their presence in the area will be significantly increased. When we decided to sell our home we knew we would be counting every penny to be able to get in to our new home. I researched online and looked for discounted realtors and found Don Anthony. The listing process was very simple and everything we needed. Very quick and to the point. We listed on Tuesday morning and were negotiating between 4 offers over the weekend. Don Anthony was on the phone with us Friday, Saturday and Sunday night talking us through the process. Could not be more pleased with the outcome. We also decided to buy our new home through them and saved an additional $500.

We would like to thank Don Anthony for saving us over $6300.00 on the sale of our house. This was the second time we have used their services for selling our house. Don's agents were always available for questions and this last one we had to go under contract while living in a different state.

This is the second real estate transaction that I have sold through Don Anthony Realty and it could not have been easier. He has an excellent system that is so efficient. Both transactions were very positive experiences. There was so much communication from Don Anthony Realty. I was selling a house from the West Coast and I always knew what was going on. Don gave me so much personal attention and I saved a lot of money in commission. I don't know how he does it for so little cost. I think this guy is a real estate genius!
