Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Diamondhead, MS.
We bought our first Diamondhead home from Dona Decker. Dona Showed us as many homes in the area as we wanted to see, giving us valuable information about each one. When we finally decided on one she helped us negotiate a great deal and was at our side all the way.
This is the seventh home I have purchased and this has been the greatest experience I have had. Dona is the consummate professional with whom I will continue to work.
It is an asset to have her advice and council. It is a privilege to count her among my friends.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Diamondhead, MS.
Dona helped me find a home in Diamondhead. I told her what my basic requirements were and she showed me several homes that exceeded my expectations. She helped me notice things that I might not have seen without her guidance. Dona did such a good job for me, I have recommended her to several people who are currently house hunting.

I have dealt with many realtors because I have sold and bought 9 different home from Hawaii to TN. And never have met such a professional as Dona Decker.
There are really no words to describe Dona Decker but if I had to pick one, its absolutely outstanding. And with what she had to go through with us, she is truly a Godsend. Although we didnt purchase a home from her(relocated for job), she was extremely warm and professional. She is a person that makes you feel comfortable. With her many years in the business, she understood what we were looking for and could tell right off if the house didnt appeal to us. It was amazing. She took her time to show us properties and had discussions on properites but on everything from restaurants, hotels, casinos, families and areas to stay away from. What a realtor!
I highly recommend Dona if you are looking for a realtor in the Gulfport, Diamondhead, Bay St Louis area. She is fantastic. I only wish we could of bought a house from her. I really wanted her to sell it when we left. But who knows, we might be back. Diamondhead is a very nice place to live and the people are so friendly. I think Dona told all the people we met that we were in town and to be nice to us. Not! But she was right about everything that she told us.
I wish I could bring Dona with me so that she could sell us a house where we are relocating.

Sold a Condo home in 2012 in Diamondhead, MS.
Dona helped me sell my home (after 4 years on the market with different companies). She also helped find me a new home that was just what I was looking for. We must have seen 35 houses on the Gulf Coast and Dona was very helpful during this process. I would highly recommend Dona. She has a lot of experience and is very patient and knowledgeable about the area!

I wouldn't be able to count the number of homes that Donna showed me. She was always patient, always available. Donna is warm and friendly and we had the best times looking together. She was in constant contact over the nine months that I looked. She knew more of what we needed than I did. We are now in a home that is a perfect fit for us. I would strongly recommend her as an agent and now count her as a friend.

Before our agent Donna Decker came along we had an agent who showed us a few houses only at his convenience. We switched to Donna and it was the best move we could have made! I had a very hectic schedule with working and school. She worked with me and helped me find the house of my dreams.

Having been in sales all of my life, Dona Decker is by far one of the most professional real estate agents that I have ever encountered. When I decided to move to this area, I contacted Dona and the six month "hunt" began. I am sure that we saw thirty or so homes prior to the one I chose. She did her homework!!! Listed below are some of her attributes I would like to share with you.
1. She listens. 2. She practices extremely high work ethics. 3. She is not pushy (If she had been overbearing, she would have not sold me my home!) 4. She does her research and is very thorough from the first call to the end of the sale. 5. She is great with follow up either through phone calls or email. 6. She is honest, patient, thrustworthy, great personality and is fun to be with. 7. She goes overboard with customer service. (How many real estate agents do you know that would come over and work in your yard to have it ready for you when you arrive?? She wanted the yard to be groomed for its new owner!!!)
I feel very blessed to have had Dona to represent me as a buyer. With her real estate knowledge, you will have a wonderful experience finding the home of your dreams! I did and I all I can say is, "Thank You, Dona Decker! You made it happen!"

Bought a home in 2011.
Dona took time to show us lower priced homes.She did not try nto influence us to look at homes we felt were out of our price range.She spent alot of her weekends trying to help us find our home away from home.We finally decided to stop by a home that we didn't think we could afford.turned out with some negotiating we got the perfct home for us,my mother and our dogs.Thanks Donas.

Dona Decker assisted us in our househunting endeavors last year and actually the year before. Being somewhat ambivalent about relocating from our hometown of 40 years, the first house hunting experience was one year prior to our actual relocation. Dona graciously took our change of heart and then was available the next year when we finally made the decision to move. She was wonderful with many hours of computer searches and then showing us property all over Diamondhead on weekends and in evening hours. We love our new home and credit Dona with the wonderful find!
We live in Denver, some 1500 miles from the property so her help not only in the sale but in the coordination of work was indispensable for us. We could not recommend her anymore highly.
