Sold a home in 2011.Summary:
Prior to working with Donna, we had our condo on the market, on and off, for nearly 4 years. After Donna replaced our previous realtor, she quickly made effective changes in the marketing of our condo which greatly increased the traffic through the condo. This resulted in our receiving an offer and closing within 4 MONTHS of transitioning to Donna as our realtor.
