Bought a home in 2013.
For anyone looking for a Real Estate professional, Donna Bosze is someone I would highly recommend. She assisted me with two closings and I can't think of anything I found to be unpleasant about my experiences. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and has integrity. Although, she has many traits that I am fond of, I have to say I admire her tenacity the most. She is very thorough and stays on top of things, which makes it easy for me to concentrate on other matters. She is the person I have come to rely on for all my real estate needs and I will recommend her to family and friends. Donna works hard and she really cares about her customers. Sold a Condo home in 2012 in Kempsville, Virginia Beach, VA.
Donna is wonderful to work with. SHARP is one word I would use to describe her. She comes with great knowledge and experience, and equally provides the research required to make informed decisions. From executing a Short Sale flawlessly in record time, to purchasing a new home, my wife and I been through both with her. Both were great experiences. I never once had a problem getting in touch with her, and she maintains great communication. Even after the transactions are long finished, she still answers any questions I have relating to the market.

As and investor/ contractor Donna helped me locate a house helped in the negotiaions, made suggestions for improvements, did all the marketing and saved me thousands on assuring me she could sell the house with out making a multi thousand dollar sidng job. I was updated on each viewing and couldnt have asked for more from her. We are looking for our next deal now.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Norfolk, VA.
After having my home on the market for 6 months, Donna was referred to me by a colleague whose home Donna just sold. Donna stepped in and took charge! After viewing my home and looking at comparable home sales, Donna assured me my home would be sold within 3 months and I had an offer in exactly 3 months! Donna has an excellent marketing strategy that is key to getting the word out to the public as well as her real estate community that your home is on the market and why it is the right home for buyers, renters, and/or investors. Donna knows the real estate market and I would highly recommend her for your real estate needs.

Bought a home in 2012.
Donna helped my fiancé and I buy our first home! Even though we were out of her area of expertise, she referred us to an excellent Realtor in our current city. We couldn't be happier with Donna's referral. I will definitely work with Donna again if we have a reason to move back!

Sold a home in 2011.
Prior to working with Donna, we had our condo on the market, on and off, for nearly 4 years. After Donna replaced our previous realtor, she quickly made effective changes in the marketing of our condo which greatly increased the traffic through the condo. This resulted in our receiving an offer and closing within 4 MONTHS of transitioning to Donna as our realtor. I will never be able to express my true appreciation for Donna, and I give Donna the absolute highest recommendation possible.

Donna helped us buy a house that was a short sale, and she was wonderful during the whole process. She went above and beyond to keep us informed and make sure that we were comfortable with the entire time. I will be using her for all my real estate needs in the future.

My experience with Donna Bosze was very refreshing to say the least. In a day and age when it's extremely hard to trust people, especially in certain job fields where people could really just be out for themselves, I consider her a needle in a hay stack, truly a breath of fresh air. Very honest and to the point, candor is appreciated greatly when making a purchase of such magnitude. And Donna was spot on with her approach. It was easy to form a rapport with Donna early on and the trust factor gave me a since of comfort in the situation. I was a first time home buyer so I needed a little more attention and guidance so to speak. Donna was there every step of the way paying attention to detail, not overbearing but as I said, spot on. There were SEVERAL obstacles that came about in my case and Donna truly helped me hurdle every one. Definitely my realtor for life.

Sold a Condo home in 2010 in Greenbrier West, Chesapeake, VA.
Donna not only sold my house in 2008 when the market for sellers was less favorable, but she was able to communicate effectively so I as a seller was not taken advantage of. She does look out for her clients and works hard for you. She has many connections and is very resourceful. I also had her find a house for me and she again came through. If you want someone who will go that extra mile whether you're selling or buying, Donna is the one who met all my expectations.
