Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Palm Springs, CA.
I have nothing but the highest praise for Donna Larson. She is everything and more you could want in an agent. She goes the extra mile and then some. We have been so fortunate to have worked on two properties and both took skill on Donnas part, she was always watching out for our best interest. Donna knows the ins and outs of so many levels of the real estate business that she is a sure win. She already has it on her list before you think about it. Not to mention she is one of the most honest and real people in Palms Springs. Run don't walk to this agent.

Sold a home in 2012.
Donna began as my property manager, finding tenants and managing what seemed like an endless stream of surprise repairs; all in a timely manner. She was able to negotiate with difficult and cooperative tenants, and made the task of being a long distance landlord far less stressful than it might have otherwise been.
Ready to sell the unit in 2012, Donna closed the deal at a time which is definitely not a seller's market. The transaction went smoothly and I would highly recommend her for either property management or sales. Donna knows the Coachella Valley, and really understands the nuances of Palm Springs real estate.

Property manage a Single Family home in Cathedral City, CA.
Donna Larson managed the rental of my house. The tenants were not screened properly and when they left, she gave them the deposit without obviously checking the property. Because of her negligence I had major damage to walls and the garage door would not even close properly. It cost me over $2500 in order to get my property in proper rental condition. I suppose I could have taken her to court to try to get reimbursed, but who needs that type of headache? It's better to give a word of warning to any homeowner who is thinking of using her for a property manager... Stay away, otherwise you will regret it !!!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $475K in Palm Desert, CA.
We loved working with Donna. She lead us thorough our purchase with great expertise, charm and honesty. She was patient, responsive, persistant and fun. Our purchase was a second home which required a great deal of long distance communication and coordation. Donna was always there with or without me usually 10 minutes early. She cancelled afternoon meetings at a moment's notice so she could be at the property we were purchasing for a last minute inspection. Thank you Donna!!!

Showed home in 2012 in Palm Springs, CA.
Ultimately, I discovered that I had miscalculated how much I had available to spend on a home in the Palm Springs area, and would not be able to afford the dream of a second home at this time. However, until that realization, Donna worked diligently to find affordable listings in good neighborhoods for me to consider. She was very thorough in vetting what I was looking for and then re-evaluating certain criteria as my budget shrank. If and when my financial situation changes, Donna will be the first person I will call. She was an absolute professional pleasure to work with!

I have had the good fortune of having Donna as my real estate representative for many years. Over this period of time, I have always found Donna to be professional and very impressive as to the management skills needed to manage my property. Donna is always enthusiastic and gives me 110% effort always in dealing with my potential tennants. I consider Donna an intricate part of the success I see every year when renting my condo out. She reads potential clients correctly every time, and finds client's who end up treating my property as nice as if it were their own. I highly recommend Donna when dealing with any Real Estate issues I might encounter. I consider myself very lucky to have Donna on my team.

Found a tenant for a home.
Donna has provided us with her property management expertise in renting our Palm Springs condo seasonally to snow birds. We never have to worry about anything pertaining to our property. She is very proactive in handling all stiuations.
