Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $375K in Anthem, AZ.Summary:
This is the fourteenth house I have bought and sold in various parts of the US. As could be expected I have encountered a plethora of real estate agents and could count on one hand the number of those who were competent. Literally there was one. I now have the opportunity to add to that number with Doreen. She is intelligent and knowledgeable of the real estate business, directs her clients to act without emotion to unrealistic offers and is timely in the submission of pertinent paper work. When one lives in the area where most of their real estate transactions take place, that in itself, says a good deal about one's ethics.

Doreen was very professional and helped me with a house that was difficult to sell. I was located out of state and we communicated by emails and phone calls. She always got back to me promptly.

Fantastic professional that has all the connections and marketing tools. Sold our house the first week it was listed. We were out of state sellers and Doreen handled everything for us....such a PRO!

We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in North Gateway, Phoenix, AZ 85086Summary:
I do not know why this agent is so popular in our local area (Anthem). We were looking for Anthem homes and drove by a house with her name and website on the sign. I emailed her to get information on the home and she sent a one sentence reply: "The home is sold." She did not offer to show me other similar homes that she might have listed and I thought her reply was rude. She did not ask me what I was specifically looking for so she could see what she might have availble for me to look at. I would hate to be a seller with her as my listing agent because she clearly isn't working hard to market their homes.

I'm so sorry that you believe I'm not working on behalf of my sellers. I clearly spend more on marketing then any other agent in Anthem and the surround areas. This home went into foreclosure. I have no idea who you spoke to that may have said it was sold. Often my phone is forwarded to other agents in order for me to have one day off once in a while. I sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding.
