I am an Associate Broker with US Preferred Realty and work in Anthem at Merrill Ranch in Florence, AZ. This is a rapidly growing area between Phoenix and Tucson. I recently moved to Anthem at Merrill Ranch in Florence from the Gilbert area and we love living here! Anthem is a multi-generational community built by Del Webb and Pulte Homes. There is a Sun City portion for Active Adults and a Parkside which is for all ages. Beautiful community for a wonderful life style which includes golf, community centers, parks, playgrounds, pools, tennis, a waterpark, everything you would need!
I have been a full time Realtor for more than 20 years and a Trainer of new agents for almost 5 years. I hold the GRI, e-pro, Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and the Senior Residential Specialist (SRES) designations. I am also a certified Mentor/Trainer with the Brian Buffini organization and a member of the Arizona Real Estate Educators Association.
I love to help people find their new home especially in this part of Arizona. It is paradise most of the year. Sure it gets hot in the summer but the winters are fabulous!!
