Gave constant pressure to lower price. Gave advice to sell by land contract which is bad advice. First said only cheap house were selling then said only expensive houses were selling. Refused to hold an open house until I lowered my price. Did not know house prices were going up 20% per year. Became extremely bossy and acted like she was part owner of my house. Reacted to criticism emotionally. After I asked to take the house off market, she asked me to tell her how to do her job. Put my house back on the market without my permission.
Tony. I actually had 2 open houses and created a very professional full color brochure that was put in an information box next to the yard sign. After several showings where all of the Realtors and customers coming into the house stated that the house was quite over priced, I suggested that we adjust the price. You were very adament that your price was exactly what you wanted and you would not reduce the price even though I only asked for a $2,000 price reduction on a $275,000 detached condo that is 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1,700 square feet. I know you have a beautiful hme and I am sorry that I was unable to secure an offer except a verbal offer of $258,000. I did make a few suggestion of changes that you might make based on feedback from other Realtors. I am sorry that you were offended but I only made the suggestion to help you get the highest price possible. I sincerely did not mean to offend you.
