Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $300K in Lancaster, CA.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $200K in Palmdale, CA.

Doug seemed to understand the house I was looking for and sent me pictures of several possibilities that fit that profile. He also took the initiative to send me listings that were out of my profile, on occasion, but yet a possibility. That was appreciated.

Doug was also very helpful in explaining contract language in working terms.

Sold a home in 2013.

Without a doubt the best broker I've worked with., I chose Doug after his quick market analyses, sound marketing plan, and valuation of my property. Doug's worth showed after he received the listing. He went beyond the call of duty to attract and review offers, work with the buyer's agent, do the work needed at the house (I live 60+ miles away), review escrow and ensure its progress, and everything in between. We closed today. I only met Doug once, when I handed him the keys to my house over a month ago. Today I received the funds wired to my checking account. If you know someone better go hire him.
