We have used Chatham Properties Group for renting our home, selling a home and buying another home. Every dealing with them has been professional and, dare I say it, pleasurable. In this economy, Chatham Properties Group is the real estate firm to use.

My wife and I recently purchased a home in Chatham using Doug as our realtor. He was extremely professional and knowledgable of the the local area which reflected in him finding us a perfect home and negotiating a great price. We are from out of state, which can be a big hassle when setting up a new home, but Doug made the process seamless from the day we made an offer to the day we closed. Even after closing he continually goes above and beyond to make sure everything is going well and accordingly in our move in process. The relationships Doug has throughout Chatham and the Cape with other businesses (heating, gas, plumbing, lanscaping etc.) is immense and extremely valuable. He was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend his services.

Doug became our agent after interviewing 4 other realtors. He impressed us with his presentation, organization & drive. In a bad real estate market he was constantly marketing the home through ads and many open houses. He found a buyer in 2 months and the property was sold for a fair value. Doug is a go getter, down to earth person who was a pleasure to work with and I would and will highly recommend him to others contemplating selling in this market.

I worked with Doug on a deal a few months back on the opposing end of a transaction and I have to say he was one of the best agents I have had the pleasure of working with. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest and will to go above and beyond at every turn. It happened to be a very tense / stressful transaction that had the potential to blow up on several occasions. He was able to keep all parties heads cool and focused on getting the deal done.
