I first got into real estate in 1991 after a stretch with Washington Mutual as a loan officer. Being a newcomer to Seattle (Oregon, not California!) with no significant contacts, Istarted from the ground up, hanging on tightly tothose early on buyers and sellers. Many of those first clients have tapped my services multiple times, buying and selling and buying and selling again.
