I purchased my home through the Hoovers about six years ago. I contacted Doug because he had been the realtor for my sister and brother in law through both buying and later selling their home, and they recommended him because of his layed back low stress style and his honesty. I met Melissa when we closed on my house six years ago and found her to be very much like Doug in the way she handles business, only more talkative and energetic. My house is back on the market now and I went with the Hoovers once again. I'd recommend Doug and Melissa to anyone who wants to deal with honest down to earth people who seems to genuinely care about both partys involved in the sale.
