Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Southwest Ada County Alliance, Boise, ID.
Doug is the BEST real estate agent anyone could have. I had him as my agent selling 2 out of state rental properties for me and he made the process completely smooth. He gave me estimated value higher than what I received from another two agents in the area, and he was able to deliver that selling price, amazing service! The property management company I used, Capital First Professional Property Management, was giving me a hard time about my tenant's deposit. Doug went out of his way to help me get the deposit back though it is not even part of his job. I can't say enough nice things about my agent, Doug.
