Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Southwest Ada County Alliance, Boise, ID.
Doug is the BEST real estate agent anyone could have. I had him as my agent selling 2 out of state rental properties for me and he made the process completely smooth. He gave me estimated value higher than what I received from another two agents in the area, and he was able to deliver that selling price, amazing service! The property management company I used, Capital First Professional Property Management, was giving me a hard time about my tenant's deposit. Doug went out of his way to help me get the deposit back though it is not even part of his job. I can't say enough nice things about my agent, Doug. If you are looking for an agent, look nowhere, Doug is the best & most efficient!

Sold a home in 2013.
I'm an out of state owner of a couple of rental properties in Boise ID area. Doug has made the selling process so smooth and professional for me. I'm more than happy with his service. He had his team appraised my property higher than other realtors I talked to in the area. And he was able to deliver the selling price that he appraised. I can't be happier with his service. My sister passed away and left me as executor of her estate. I had two homes that had to be sold. By good luck , I found an ad from Douglas Holladay which I was most impressed with. I was even more impressed upon meeting with him. He took over the selling of the two homes. He knew exactly what needed to be done to show the homes to their best advantage. The best part of this was that he had the people on hand to do the work quickly and efficiently and cost savingBoth homes were sold the first weekend we had an open house and at good prices. Needless to say, Douglas was a Godsend to us at a hard time. His expertise made a difficult situation a breeze and I am most grateful to him. I have put his name in my living trust so that when the time comes, my children can get the help I got and, on a personal level, he is truly a neat gal and so easy to work with. I highly recommend him to anyone and so does the rest of my family.

Douglas Holladay is the best discovery we made in our plan to move to Boise! Within hours of our first meeting with him, Douglas made us feel as if we were him only clients, his attention and service were that dedicated and caring. Douglas was very smart in helping us understand different neighborhoods, and he never lost patience as we stretched our search for the perfect house over several months. My house had been on the market as a For Sale by Owner for about two months when I met Douglas Holladay. He had been sending clients my way during that time. My house was a challenging property to sell as it backed up onto a busy street and the market had flattened out. I was anxious to sell and frustrated that I wasn't having any luck finding a buyer on my own, not to mention the effort it took. I signed on with Douglas and, with his expertise and extensive network, he found the perfect buyer within a very short time. He handled everything like a true professional and I'd recommend him services highly to anyone searching for an honest, knowledgeable and savvy real estate agent.

Bought a home in 2011.
After a hectic weekend hitting as many open houses as we could without much success, we searched the web for help. As architects, we have always admired Eichler Homes and found Douglas's web site through that search. A little reluctant to hire someone that you don't know, we found him to be very knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. He not only showed us many homes that came close to our goals, but he saved us considerable money in negotiating the final offer on the great house that we purchased. We would highly recommend Douglas Holladay.

Douglas has been a pleasure to work with. His attention to the mountain of details and communications required of real estate transactions is impressive. His knowledge of accurate pricing in the market, and Eichlers in particular, were invaluable in negotiating and finding our perfect home. His winning personality and personal service is the icing on the cake. We were traveling and trying to sell our home in Nempa at the same time as closing on our dream home and it was super hectic. Douglas has been there for us in finding qualified contractors and service people, and helping us to facilitate appointments and inspections. We highly recommend him!

When I first made the difficult decision to sell my home, I really only considered one person for my listing agent. Douglas Holladay was already a friendly face in my neighborhood, all of us proud Marin Eichler owners. But once I spoke to him at an open house for a nearby listing, I realized his vast understanding and knowledge of the workings and aesthetics of these amazing homes. As I told friends, "He gets it!" Douglas never let me down in the process. The marketing that he did was above and beyond what I ever imagined. He took web presence to another level so that I was getting emails from friends all over the country saying that they had seen my listing on several modernist home web sites. Once we had the right buyer on-board, Douglas's diligence and attention to detail didn't end there. He really looked out for me and my best interests on the whole journey.
