FINALLY!!! A realtor that knows and enjoys his work! Shawn is hands down,one of the best realtors in the area! He was very personable and on top of any and all requests! You wont be dissatisfied with him in any way! I can guarantee it! We may not have bought anything now, but I will always have his information handy for any future purchases in the area!

Sold a home in 2010.
Shawn is excellent agent that is loved my all his clients. When we do a closing with Shawn all of his clients are happy, which shows me that he has done a good job for them.

Sold a Condo home in 2006 for approximately $200K in Schaumburg, IL.
I would highly recommend Shawn to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! He had great suggestions to stage our townhouse to sell....and found us lots of great single family homes to walk through. He was always willing to answer our questions and field our numerous phone calls....can't say enough great things! Thanks Shawn!

Bought a home in 2011.
Shawn Strach's expertise was helpful when relocating my in-laws from Arizona to Mchenry, Illinois. It was scary for my in-laws to make their transition out of state, because he responded within 10 minutes to all our calls and texts and took the time with each prospective home, he made the process manageable for all of us. Despite my in-laws closing on their house months ago, Shawn still has a hand in helping with their transition. Personally, I feel confident working with businesses that give back to their communities and Shawn does this by his membership with the local Rotary Club and supporting local charities. I will never work with any other realtor. Thanks Shawn!

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $100K in Wonder Lake, IL.
Shawn went above and beyond doing everything we needed or anticipated. We ran into alot of road blocks looking for a home. We are the Murphy's Law king and queen. Between the loans and other house situations Shawn always went the xtra mile. Always responded quickly to our calls and emails and kept us informed and focused so we would not get wigged out. Thanks Shawn. The house turned out beautiful. We will have to have you come see it someday. Thanks again

I have never worked with an agent who cared more than Shawn Strach at Dream Real Estate. His knowledge of the industry, committment to my needs and desire to help sell my house was amazing. He went above an beyond the call of duty. I'm happy to have met him and now call him a friend.

I have worked with Shawn on several transactions. He does an outstanding job in paying attention to your needs. He listens, then executes. I would highly recommend Dream Real Estate if you want to secure a property, sell a property, or need a property managed.

Sold a Single Family home in 2006 for approximately $275K in Woodstock, IL.
Our house was sold in 30 days, and we were able to find a new home that closed within the same week. Everything went smooth, and Dream Real Estate handled every aspect of the process flawlessly! Kudos to Shawn, and his team!! Highly recommended!
