Zillow estimate is way off, how do I change it?

A Zestimate is very different than an appraisal. Here is a video that gives more background on what a Zestimate is and what it is not. There are 70 million Zestimates on Zillow and we do not change them manually - but note you can see our accuracy down the county level on our data coverage and accuracy page. I'd suggest showing buyers that accuracy page.
