If you know of a home in your area that is listed for sale, you can tell the zillow community by clicking the "Tell Us It's For Sale" link to the left of the Zestimate. The best way to show the appraisal information would be to add it to the "home description" or enter it in the Home Q&A section of your home.

What if home facts are inaccurate?

Reply
Thank you for claiming your property and editing your home facts. Our property data all originates from the public records of your county, so the the likely cause of your incorrect facts is the county records. Please let me know if your county office does indeed have the correct facts. We certainly are planning on using owner facts as an input into the Zestimate algorithm later this year, but we're not currently doing so.Please keep in mind, no AVM (automated valuation model) will ever be 100% accurate. A Zestimate is a starting point to determining the value of a home. For more info, please see our "what's a Zestimate?" page - http://www.zillow.com/howto/Zestimate.htmThat said, thank you for your feedback - we are certainly working hard to improve Zestimate accuracy around the country.

Where does the 'neighborhood' information come from?

Reply
screen_name-We are working on organic ways to improve our neighborhood boundaries that we base our neighborhood pages off of. So yes, we will likely add Beaumont-Wilshire at some point.
