More data :). We're certainly looking at ways to get community input on sales transactions in an attempt to get more accurate sales data in the future. For more information about non-disclosure states, I wrote about this on the Zillow Blog awhile ago - http://www.zillowblog.com/chronicles-of-data-collection-ii-non-disclosure-states/2006/05/
Our maps come from a variety of aerial and satellite providers and each are continually trying to update their imagery (you can imagine what a difficult task this is for the entire U.S.)! Thus, our maps may be several years old in some places.Unfortunately, I can't pinpoint for you exactly when the photo was taken of your home as we don't know the timing on individual addresses, but I hope this general time period helps.

Audrey-Since you are the owner of this property, you can publish updated home facts about this home - including the square footage and baths. 1st, please claim your home by clicking the "claim your home" link in the upper right of your home details page. Then, feel free to set the record straight by publishing updated home facts about your home (click the blue "edit home facts" button next to the public facts). We don't overwrite the public facts with owner inputted facts, but do publish the owner facts right next to the public facts for everyone to see.You can also publish an "Estimate" by clicking the "Create an estimate" in the upper right of the home details page of this home. This is our way of letting individuals create estimates that take into account additions and upgrades that are not taken into account with the public records. You can make the estimate either private or public - it's your choice.
