Audrey-Since you are the owner of this property, you can publish updated home facts about this home - including the square footage and baths. 1st, please claim your home by clicking the "claim your home" link in the upper right of your home details page. Then, feel free to set the record straight by publishing updated home facts about your home (click the blue "edit home facts" button next to the public facts). We don't overwrite the public facts with owner inputted facts, but do publish the owner facts right next to the public facts for everyone to see.You can also publish an "Estimate" by clicking the "Create an estimate" in the upper right of the home details page of this home. This is our way of letting individuals create estimates that take into account additions and upgrades that are not taken into account with the public records. You can make the estimate either private or public - it's your choice.
rose-I tried the address and couldn't find it. However, if a community member marked the home for sale, you can tell the community it's not for sale by clicking "update sale info" to the right of the for sale price.
Louis-Thanks for the feedback. I assure you, we do not want spam on zillow and will be removing blatant self-promotion. Please flag anything you feel should be removed from the site.
JimPeak-Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have to apologize, but we do not manually change the public facts on homes in our database. We rely on 3rd party data aggregators for our property data -- please note that assessor data is often only updated once a year at the county level, therefore, updates to your home may take awhile to filter from the county records to our data providers and on to our site. I apologize for the wait - we will be using owner facts as an input into the Zestimate algorithm later this year. Thanks for your patience.
We'll get there eventually - I want to see neighborhoods on the map too :)Please keep watch on the Zillow Blog - www.zillowblog.com - for updates to the site -- and continue to use the Discussions section of the site to submit feedback that you have.
paula & gerald-For future reference, the Real Estate Professionals section of Zillow Discussions is a better place for this type of conversation - http://www.zillow.com/forum/site/ViewCategory.htm?tcid=9
In some areas, we do not have enough data to calculate Zestimates. A big input is recent sales data, and if we don't have that, it's pretty tough for us to come up with a value close to market value -- we publish our accuracy on a county by county basis here - http://www.zillow.com/howto/DataCoverageZestimateAccuracy.htmWhere are you looking for Zestimates?
Wrong sq. footage and not 2 1/2 baths
