Sold a Condo home in 2015 for approximately $1.075M in Hillside, Portland, OR.

We ran across Drew when beginning out search for a new home in the Portland area. We were not working with an agent. He was the listing agent for a property we were interested in seeing. The property had sold but Drew offered, without commitment, to forward us new MLS listings fitting our home search area and price perimeters. His no pressure tactics were a breath of fresh air. When we saw a house in the daily emails he sent we were interested in, we contacted Drew to schedule a viewing. We met him at the property and ultimately decided to work with him for both the purchase of our new house and the sale of our existing home. He was consistently professional, fair, rational, honest, technologically savvy, and responsive. Drew never exerted pressure and he adeptly guided us though both our sale and purchase of homes, seamlessly attending to all detail. His advice was invaluable. Bottom line, Drew is a real pro. This is the first time both my husband and I have finalized a real estate transaction without a single relator related complaint.

Showed home in 2015 in Green Hills, OR 97221.

My family has been contemplating a move to Portland for a long time now and have consistently reached out to Mr. McCulloch throughout these years. He has not only returned all out calls promptly he also mailed us (first class)supporting documents on each property we were interested in. I am looking forward to meeting him--he truly is someone who enjoys what he does professionally and it shows in every aspect of his business. Thank you Drew!

We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Downtown, Portland, OR 97201

I am highly disappointed in the response we got from Mister McCulloch! We will be relocating for my job after my husband retires from the army and are currently nearly 2000 miles away yet his ONLY response to my questions about the property was "well you will have to just go take a look". Being a military family we have worked with real estate people from huge distances in the past and NEVER ran into anyone who had apparently zero desire to be helpful. I have had agents take video tours for us, pictures etc in the past with no problem but apparently because we are not physically in the Portland area selling a property to us is not a priority. I was appalled at his lack of interest in a probable client, I have never had a so called professional treat me in this manor. There is no doubt in my mind that he feels the property is beneath him and there for has no interest in the sale of it which is evident in the amount of time the land has been for sale. I hope that the property owners are aware of this and choose a different agent when their contract is up so they have a better chance of making a sale. Sadly though as far as our relocation search goes because of how I was treated today we will be looking to work with other agents.

Stacey, I am sorry you feel this way about 2909 SW Upper Dr Portland. I treat each sale with the utmost attention and care regardless of the price range. I tried to convey to you that with the previous four accepted and failed offers we have had on the property, there have been no inspections given to me that I could provide as the house is a tear down or complete remodel; there are several zonings overlays that a builder/architect would need to speak with the city directly to better understand what could be done. I hope once you get your property in Oklahoma on the market and sold, and are ready to purchase here in Portland, that you will take the time to come visit this unique and special location to see in person. I still encourage you to send your friend that lives locally to come visit the site with me and share their opinion with you. With this type of property I would never make warranties or promises of its condition. My door is always open if you wish to revisit. Thank you

Bought a Townhouse home in 2015 for approximately $675K in Northwest, Portland, OR.

Drew has the ability to quickly and correctly size up a client's needs and desires and make thoughtful choices about properties to visit. We were particularly impressed with his local knowledge: which properties have had problem, which condos are noisy because of poor insulation, etc; what are the best and worst locations. He is extremely patient and never pushed us one way or another regarding a property we visited. A super professional. After the sale, we went out of his way time and time again -- quickly and efficiently (and enthusiastically) to help with the move, make recommendations for local contractors and help us get settled. He even arranged for us to get parking signs for the moving van. He was recommended by a close friend who has used him before on four different buy / sell deals, which we thought was high praise. And, their praise turned out to be right on.

Sold a Condo home in 2015 for approximately $400K in Sellwood-Moreland, Portland, OR.

The sale of my house was quick, smooth and stress free. He took care of all the extraneous details so I didn't have to. I couldn't be happier. Also, he was patient as it took a few years before I was ready to put the house on the market. He hung in with me, and kept me up to date about activity in the market.

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $550K in Alameda, Portland, OR.

After a less-than-interested three-month experience with a realtor team, we took our home off the market for a couple months to search for a realtor who would have our best interests in mind. We interviewed a few and then decided to do a search for the Portland area. Drew McCulloch’s name came to the forefront. We met with him and knew IMMEDIATELY that we had our agent. Drew laid out a plan, advised us on a couple of things that needed tweaking in our home, beautifully captured our home for the hand-out brochure, and made our home aware to anyone interested in buying at the price point he suggested. It sold within three days at more than asking price, all due to his expertise. Once there, he managed the sale beautifully. He was in touch with us via text, phone, or email nearly daily; and, some days more often, as need arose. He is such a pleasant guy and everyone associated in the sale always mentioned how pleasant he is and how well he knows the real estate business. So, now the next thing was to find a home for us. That, too, all worked out (even though the inventory in Portland, OR, is very low for the requirements we had). Well, he found our place, made an offer as quickly as possible to avoid someone else taking it away. Once again, he was pulling for us all the way and staying in touch always. He had some hurdles to get over with the seller, but he persevered, even though at times the seller was unresponsive and uncooperative. We never had to wonder how things were progressing because Drew kept us informed and guided us along. Well, can you tell that we like this man??? We certainly do and recommend him to anyone wishing to sell or purchase a home. You will be in the best of hands and always with your best interest in mind. We just know that this adventure would not have gone the way it has for us if it had not been for Drew McCulloch.

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $350K in Concordia, Portland, OR.

This was our second time working with Drew as we also purchased the home with him. We do not live in Portland so Drew was our eyes and ears on the ground and basically handled the whole sale for us. He has always been knowledgable and a good source of information on current market trends. He is very professional and covers all the bases while making the process easy both from the seller's prospective and when we were buyers. We highly recommend Drew and appreciate all he has done.

Bought a home in 2014 in Richmond, Portland, OR 97202.

Drew McCulloch has been a patient, respectful, perceptive, responsive, strategic and diplomatic broker and a professional in whom I found a collaborative thinker and candid counsel in the process of a first home purchase. He knows the city as it's the one in which he grew up and one he loves. And he enjoys the process - with all the challenges and discoveries it brings. A great broker.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $350K in Creston-Kenilworth, Portland, OR.

I contacted Drew after reading reviews of his work with former clients. Now that the sale of my house has been completed, I can say without a doubt that the excellent reviews were right on target. Drew is an exceptional companion for such an arduous process as a house sale can sometimes be. In my case, he proved to be highly efficient, super friendly, very flexible, and at the same time clear and concise when it came time to make important decisions. I can recommend him to any prospective seller. On a very different note, I also recommend that, if for whatever reason you can´t perform manual labor on the house yourself, you line up contractors you trust before the house goes up for sale, just in case any additional work needs to be done to please the inspectors. I found that, in Portland, OR at least, contractors tend to think that because you are selling your house you must be flush.
