Ok thank you!! I'm going to try and be a little more patient. I just don't like when clients ask me if I saw their reviews yet and I have to say no. The last one I'm aware was competed was on April 9th, maybe I'll start seeing them next week.
I Have several clients who say they have completed reviews for services I provided them but I do not see any of them listed. How long does the approval process take and do I need to contact someone to request that my reviews be processed and posted?
The best way to ensure that your property is recorded correctly is to contact a Land Surveyor in your area as well as a Real Estate Attorney. You cannot make corrections on an instrument that has already been recorded, however, you can file wants called a "corrective deed" with the assistance of an attorney and the surveyor's professional opinion on the subject property.
