    Since 1993 I have been serving the real estate needs of home buyers and sellers in Bucks County. I have a special appreciation of older homes, however "an Olde House" isn't for everyone. I also appreciate working with folks that are DIYers, that have a vision of what a home could be, not just what it is now. The concept of sweat equity is still valid and possibly more so in todays undervalued market. A home buyer today stands the real chance of reaping double the equity as the market improves and the sweat equity builds in a home. I stress value to my clients; I leave it up to them to select style, number of rooms, large or small lot, etc. It is my job, my duty at the end of the day to take these choices and provide factful information as to value, for resale, for a purchase price, to what a bank might lend on; to seriously protect my clients interest. Rushing into a purchase of the dream home without researching the neighborhood, the entire property, the community, can result in an expensive headache and much stress. I welcome any questions, you don't have to be a client, I enjoy sharing the knowledge I have gained over the years and the experience I have developed to assist home sellers and buyers.
