From opposite ends of this spectrum, we agree that Dylan is absolutely top-notch from both a professional and a personal standpoint. A few months ago Dylan helped my wife and me buy our first home. I think I can safely say that we were both very satisfied with Dylan's service, with the amount we paid, and with the house itself. One of Dylan's greatest strengths as an agent is simply that he is a professional. He lives and breathes real estate, seemingly every day of the year. We only began to realize how important that experience was when we got deeper into the treacherous process of actually making an offer on a foreclosure (much trickier than we expected). Though I've not always been impressed with the service I've received from a number of the home real estate "experts" I've encountered in the past, Dylan was a welcome experience with a highly competent professional. I was looking for a deal, and we navigated short sales, foreclosures, and estate sales with ease, and never did I feel that a property was being "pushed" so he could collect his fee and be done with the process. Dylan understands that home buying is an investment, yes, but also an organic process that is very personal and something that should never be rushed for the sake of the close.
