James was unbelievably patient with me, and he helped me find just the right house for me. I was a single young woman looking to purchase my first home, and I valued James's advice and kindness so much! It took a while to find the combination of the right house and the right deal, but James found it for me, and I was so happy with that home. It broke my heart to leave it when I moved to California.
