Closed purchase loan. North Ridge, NC 27828

Moses was great! He knows the FHA real well and the USDA, too. We got a USDA loan and didn't even need a down payment. His rates were great and he was true to his word. Will use again, if we buy another house. thanks, Moses!

Gave me a quote on Zillow, but it did not work out. Centennial, Sylvania, OH 43560

Moses (and his loan processor, Melissa) were very prompt and courteous during my refi loan process. Unfortunately, my house did not appraise for enough, so we are at a stall with the loan. I would definitely recommend Moses to others! I have already recommended him to my brother!

Closed refinance loan. Northwest Heights, West Haven-Sylvan, OR 97229

We did our FHA refinance thru ENG and are very happy with the process. It is sorta easy to do an FHA loan refinance, with no appraisal, we did not have to worry about what our home would come in at. They did everything over the internet and fax, which was good. The processors were very helpful, too. The only thing that you need to know is that you do have to pay for your new taxess and insurance account, but we got most of that back last week from our old bank. You can't just roll it over.  More Less
