How do I get a Zestimate on my house?

Answer
Good Afternoon West27! You can simply type in your address and the zestimate comes up mid page under the details about your home. Please keep in mind that their is a wide range of items that Zillow does not account for like school district and section of Rockville Centre. For a more accurate Broker Price Opinion, please feel free to contact me directly. Good Luck!

I NEED TO GET AN ESTIMATE OF VALUE OF A PIECE OF LAND I OWN. NOT A HOME-- JUST LAND

Answer
Contact a local realtor, and they should be able to give you a market analysis on any piece of property, regardless of whether or not there is building on the property or not.

Are you selling your home? How do you find the perfect listing agent?
The real estate agent you hire to sell your house, known as the listing agent, must be able to accurately answer your most important question: "What's it worth?" Houses sell for a fair market value, which is whatever buyers are willing to offer & sellers are willing to accept.A good agent can be the foundation of your real estate team. An agent helps you price your property, orchestrate the marketing & showing activities, negotiates with buyers on your behalf, supervises property inspections & coordinates the closing. A good agent's negotiating skills & knowledge of property values can add 5 to 10 % to your house's sales price. All the best listing agents have certain important qualities in common... 1. They educate you: Your agent knows the selling process & carefully explains each step so that you understand exactly what's happening at all times. Agents should be patient, not pushy. A good agent never uses your inexperience to manipulate you. 2. They enable you to make good decisions: Your agent always explains what your options are so you can make good decisions.3. They advise you if they think you should add other experts (property inspectors, lawyers, & so on) to your team .4. They have contacts: Folks prefer doing business with people they know, respect & trust. You can make use of your agents working relationships with local lenders, property inspectors, lawyers, title officers, insurance agents, government officials & other real estate agents. 6. They have time for you: Success is a double edged sword. An agent who is working with several other sellers & buyers probably doesn't have enough surplus time to serve you properly; occasional scheduling conflicts however, are unavoidable. If you often find your needs being neglected because your agent's time is over committed, get a new agent. HAPPY HOME SELLING!
