Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $450k in Redmond, WA.

Summary:

Leann helped guide us through the purchase of our first house. She is very knowledgeable about the area and gave us some great insight into factors to take into consideration. She was also very patient with us since my wife and I really didn't have too many concrete requirements when we started our search--we slowly evolved our mental model of what we'd like in our home after looking around and on the web. Leann helped us in this process by providing great exposure to various kinds of homes in the areas we were interested in without pushing us into buying within a fixed timeframe.

After she had a good idea of the sort of homes we might like, she was super proactive in locating them and scheduling visits. As a matter of fact, for the house we finally bought, Leann scheduled our visit a couple of days before the house was even officially on the market. We loved the place and had our offer in the day before their first open house. Since there were competing offers, she also followed up to ensure our offer went through. She has also been very helpful since the purchase in helping set us up with a gardener etc.
