    Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Woodbridge, VA.
    We were First Time Home Buyers and did not have much knowledge of the process or what to look for. Ed was always patient and willing to answer any question that we had, may it be small or large. He was reliable and always willing to go look at houses. We visited about 10 with him and he was great at letting us say our opinions first. He even knew before we did that the house we ended up buying was going to be ours. We also had some challenges with closing and he worked with us on getting the best deal and understanding why everything was happening.
