After a bad experience with a previous realtor, I decided to go with Ed and I couldn't have been happier with the decision. Ed is friendly, thorough, and quick to assist with any questions or concerns that arise. After my tenant's lease was signed, there was an issue where I needed some advice. Ed was incredibly helpful, even arranging a meeting to help settling. Among the many issues with my previous realtor was that as soon as he received his commission, he was a ghost. Completely the opposite with Ed. I would highly recommend Ed and Boston Connect for anyone looking for a real estate agent.
Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Rockland, MA.
My daughter was in the market as a first time home buyer. Being a conscientious dad, I told her I would help "look". My thoughts turned to Ed and as soon as I began to ask questions, I realized the agents are as critical to the buyer as to the seller. I thought it would be easy, just look around and get the best price. Bercause of Ed's insight, knowledge and genuine conern for his client we avoided a number of what would probably become huge mistakes. Ed knew that to look for with respect to home conditions, canvassed the area showing us competiive priced homes, demonstrated the true value so that we made no regretable mistakes being overwhelmed with what we thought to be the perfect property. Ed unveiled potential problems, negoritated resolitions having the knowlegde and abilities to have the seller understand our concerns. In everyway, Ed treated my duaghter with the same concern he would have had she been his daughter. I have met others that felt exactly the same way. The only draw back is that I'm not a special as I thought. Everyone is sprecial to Ed. He treats you honeslty, openly and provides great direction, support and comfort in helping to reach such major decisions regarding such a huge commitment. Whether buyer or seller, I can't recommend Ed any higher to be your agent.
