I always want to keep up with the changes in the market. I never understood why a buyer would comb this market on there own when every buyer I have ever worked with has had the seller pay my fees for them, one way or another. This is with builders, for sale by owners, or homes listed with an agent. You should have someone working for you. So what is it that you look for in an agent? What would make you want to work with someone in this market to protect your interests?
