Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $150k in Lees Summit, MO.Summary:
My wife and I decided to start looking for a house in the spring of 2009. We decided to hire Edie Water due to her expertise in the Kansas City Area. After meeting with our mortgage agent which came highly recommended from Edie we found our price range. Once that was in place we shared the City in which we wanted to reside with Edie and we began looking at houses in our price range. She was never pushy in our decisions and only made things at ease by sharing her thoughts about the houses that we visited. Edie was always very prompt with returning our phone calls and was always on the lookout for new listings every day. We found our house and have been there for almost 3 years. The process seems complicated from the outside but if you have the right realtor like we did, they take care of all the hard stuff.
