My husband and I are first time home buyers, and Eddie Nguyen came highly recommended by a friend of ours. Our first meeting with him, he was thorough in finding out what we wanted from a home, and what features were most important to us. He was showing us properties within the week. Not a week went by that we didn't have at least 2 tours, each tour consisting of at least 3 homes, and with every home we looked at, Eddie asked us what we liked or didn't like about each home, so he could zero on in potential properties for us. He was nothing but patient with our picky tendencies! My husband deployed pretty early in the hunting process, but while he was gone Eddie was there every step of the way answering our questions, showing me homes and helping us with offers. He referred us to a lender, which led to us getting a MUCH better rate and terms than we had starting out! When we found our home and started the buying process, he gladly answered every question my novice mind had, always prompt in his response time. He went to bat for us in negotiating with the seller, getting us more than we could have hoped for.

I can't say enough good things about Eddie Nguyen. He made our dream of owning our own home come true, all through the process never once faltering in his friendliness, professionalism, openness, respect for our financial limitations, or his generosity with his time and expertise. Having Eddie in our corner made all the difference for us, and for that, we will never stop being grateful. If you're looking for a realtor, your search is done, because you won't find one better than Eddie!

Wow! If your looking for a house to buy and you are tired of looking or you are being out bid,look no further than Eddie and his crew. They are pure professionals. Friendly,caring, incredibly informative right to the end of escrow,extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. These folks will get you the house You want! I was having no luck with our first realtor. I looked on Eddie's website and he immediately got in touch with me. We met,talked about what I was looking for and the problems I was having with VA loans. I think we looked at 3 houses and we had a bid in on the house we wanted. 2 months later,we were moving into our wonderful home. I can't recommend him enough! My experience with team Eddie Nguyen is excellent, Alex my realtor is really great he is very knowlegable with his work. The best with them is they help me find my first home within my budget and good neighborhood for that I am very grateful. I am always up to date and informed how things are going on.They are very helpful with the requirements needed.Alex helped me till the last step. I highly recommend the team.
