Eileen M. Anderson

Born and educated in Scotland, I moved to the United States with my husband in 1987. We lived and raised our two sons in the Carmel Valley/Del Mar area for some time. It was there that I began my career in real estate. I quickly gained a reputation for dedication and class while also continuing to break sales records, repeatedly earning membership in the Coldwell Banker Presidents Circle. When our children were out of school, we moved to an award-winning Sentinel, built by Baywood Homes in Santaluz. The charm and open spaces of this community drew me in almost immediately. My passion for the area prompted me to join the DMB team of sales professionals selling the custom home sites and new communities of their development. Proving myself quickly to them as a successful sales person and one with unique talents, I gladly stayed on when our community went into resale. Having been a part of this neighborhood from the beginning makes me especially qualified to help anyone with their real estate transactions here. I know and love every corner and every vista. I am a current club member and Ambassador and can often be found with my group of lady golfers, the "Ladybugs", heading down the fairways of the Santaluz golf course.
