Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Lakewood, CA.

I was a first time home buyer and figured it would be best to go with someone who is knowledgeable in the area, but also someone I am comfortable with having a personal relationship with. Always prompt and armed with the answers to my questions, I was never uneasy about contacting her when I felt unsure. She ALWAYS quickly put me at ease and had my best interests in mind. I was hesitant about what kind of realtor I might end up with because I always felt they can be a little cheesey, LOL... SO not the case. Eileen is a real person, and always told me the truth even when it may have not been what I wanted to hear. Overall, I am SO happy I chose to deal with her. I love my house and don't plan on moving anytime soon, but I know I have a realtor and friend for life. I refer her to all my friends and family just in case they are thinking of buying or selling. A+ person, A+ company to deal with.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $625K in Bixby Knolls, Long Beach, CA.

Simply stated, Eileen is the best in the business. She is a consummate professional who is also extremely down to Earth and a very warm person. I think the best indication of Eileen's professionalism is the fact that she was on both sides of our deal. She is so honest and trustworthy that both the sellers and us competed the transaction very amicably and both feeling we succeeded in our goals. The sale went perfectly smooth and was completed in short order. I will certainly use Eileen for any future Real Estate transactions. I am thrilled to be able to call her my Realtor, neighbor and friend.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $475K in California Heights, Long Beach, CA.

We were so impressed with Eileen's professionalism and genuine care. It was never about the purchase of the house, but it was more about the life, memories, and experiences we would be having in our new home. She understands what an intimate process this can be, so there were nothing should would not do to help support us in this daunting process. Her depth and breadth of real estate knowledge made such a difference because she knew what questions to ask and she constantly fought for us the entire time. With such appreciation and gratitude, we give Eileen the highest recommendation.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $925K in Bixby Knolls, Long Beach, CA.

Selling our house was a wonderful experience and mainly due to Eileen. She gave us the information that allowed us to sell the house quickly, and was extremely professional in all of her dealings. She arranged all the things we had to do to sell the house with people who did a fantastic job. We never had to call her for information because she was always on top of everything, letting us know what was going on each step of the way.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $600K in Bainbridge Island, WA.

I have known Eileen Rivera for over 20 years. She is our family real estate agent! Eileen is knowledgable, professional, a superb listerner, and she understands and works with you to help you achieve your goals. Eileen has helped us buy and sell at least six times over the years. There are many qualities that make Eileen a unique and exceptional real estate agent. The first one that I would like to mention is that she does her homework. She knows what has sold in the area and for what price. She is also a wonderful negotiator. She always does what is best for her clients. Another thing that Eileen is exceptional at is paperwork. That might not sound important but believe me it is! That old saying "The devil is in the details" is very important when it comes to real estate transactions. Eileen has always made sure that the details work in your favor. I recommend Eileen very highly and trust her implicitly.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $475K in California Heights, Long Beach, CA.

I worked with Eileen on the sale of my condo and the purchase of a house. From the beginning, I was greatly impressed with Eileen's professionalism, enthusiasm and work ethic. She brings a wealth of experience and knows the ins and outs of not just real estate in general, but also the nuances of the local areas where I was looking.

For the sale of my condo, she had a keen eye for the best ways to market my property and got the word out to both other agents and the general public quickly. In a down market, I only had my condo for sale for one week before I had an offer! This is due in no small part to Eileen's pre-sale communications and marketing efforts. From negotiating in the offer stage to the final closing, Eileen was there every step of the way.

The same can be said for my subsequent home purchase as well. Eileen knew the market well and was able to tell me when something was a good deal versus overpriced. She also had connections with other agents and often knew when a property was coming on the market even before it was released to the general public. Once we made an offer and were in escrow, she was in constant communication with me and I never felt like I didn't know what was happening.

For me, what was most important regarding my work with Eileen was that I trusted her completely and knew she was always looking out for me first and foremost. Additionally, I have a pretty hectic work schedule and she did everything she could to manage as much of the process herself as possible so that I didn't have to put my life on hold while navigating the sale or purchase. To this day, I continue to contact her when looking for local recommendations on landscape services, contractors, etc. When we decided to renovate our kitchen, Eileen even arranged for us to tour some of her friends' and clients' kitchens to get ideas! I highly recommend Eileen Rivera and will use her for all my future real estate needs.

Sold a Condo home in 2012 in San Pedro, San Pedro, CA.

Eileen assisted with the sale of my mother's condo which was in probate. She expertly navigated the process to ensure that the building would be FHA approved, her marketing was superb, her explanations of the probate process were thorough and accurate, and her attention to detail and follow through was amazing. Her office's ability to use modern technology was essential as my own business travel schedule that took me out of the country twice when the property was in escrow. It is terribly unfortunate that many of the other realtors that she had to deal with on the buyer's end were not as equally professional and hard working.

Bought a Single Family home in 2002 for approximately $400K in Bixby Knolls, Long Beach, CA.

Both Eileen and husband Gary work as a team to provide clients with outstanding services. Not only did they interview us as to our dream neighborhood and home but worked with us for months and months to find that high standard of living we desired. We had almost given up but they followed through and we are very happy with neighborhood, home and friendships developed. Our son and family have also been very pleased with the "Rivera results"! They too bought a home with Eileen and Gary's expertise.

Thanks for the passionate opportunities you provide to your clients.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $375K in Bixby Area, Long Beach, CA.

Eileen helped us buy our first home. While working with Eileen, we never felt that we were being pushed in one direction or another. Rather, she closely tailored our needs and wants to the perfect home. Both my wife and I have lived in Long Beach all our lives, and we were amazed at how many great little neighborhoods that she was able to show us that we didn't even know existed.

She was always available by phone and promptly responded to any questions that we sent via email. She managed to get our first bid promptly accepted, and we paid less than we had anticipated for our first choice! The process was much quicker than my wife or I had expected it to be, which was great as our lease with our apartment was coming to an end.

I would highly recommend Eileen Rivera to anyone seeking a new home, particularly those who are first-time buyers.
