Wow, I almost don't know where to begin! David Acosta is the most impressive real estate agent that I have ever worked with. He finds the types of properties that YOU are interested in, not what he thinks you might want. He doesn't try to push higher property on you just to try to have a bigger payday for himself; he is totally looking out for you. He took great care (and still does) of my family. I think he must have broken some local record by getting us in our home in under a month's time when we moved from Hawaii! He has always made himself available to us and some of our close friends who utilized his services, also. David doesn't just forget about you after the sale is made like other agents in the past. He checks up on you to see how things are going for you and to make sure that you are still satisfied with your purchase. I have not met many people with his great initiative and drive to ensure the total satifaction and happiness of their clients. To be sure, David is a very busy man because of his talents, but he or his staff will handle any of your questions or concerns promptly and to your total satisfation. If you are not satisfied, they don't stop until you are. To us, David is like an extension of our family.

I would (and have) HIGHLY recommend David Acosta to anyone seeking to purchase real estate. Believe me, he WILL take care of you!!

At the time I was deployed in Afghanistan, but when I was going through the process of a house purchase. Mr Acosta helped me out by providing me with all the info I needed. He is a very good realtor who takes his business serious. Mr Acosta also was very patient when dealing with my wife in my stead, because he English isn't very good. He took his time and made sure she knew everything that was going on. I really appreciated his service to us especially dealing someone with a schedule like mine
