I had scheduled a home viewing with this realtor. We spoke over the telephone and confirmed the appointment. The following day, I waited outside the home over 20 minutes and he never showed up. I tried calling him, and left two voice mails in his inbox explaining that we were waiting for him to arrive to our SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. He never showed up and never returned my calls for an apology. In my opinion, it is very unprofessional to miss a scheduled appointment and not even attempt to contact the person to apologize. I do understand commitments come up, but it is common curtesy to let someone know if you are not going to show up. My time along with yours, Mr. Vivar is precious and it surprises me that working in a profession where you have to deal with people, you would not know this. It really is a shame. For this reason, I would NEVER recommend this realtor to handle any major project for me, such as purchasing and selling a home. He may very well not show up to your closing.…More Less
