    Elaine, a Tidewater native, lives with her husband Joe. She is the proud mother of Jessie Alan and Stasha Ann and an even prouder grandmother to Morgan Elaine, Samuel Alan and Lillian Alexis. Elaine's hobbies and personal interests include boating, metal detecting, exploring the local history of Hampton Roads, reading, cooking and gem collecting.
