I can recommend Elena Neely without hesitation. Elena helped my wife and I with selling our old home, and finding and purchasing a new home. During the home search, it was obvious that Elena did her homework ahead of time, as the homes she brought to our attention consistently fulfilled our expectations and requirements, both in terms of price range and of features. We looked over a period of several months, and Elena was unfailingly helpful, courteous, and friendly. Once we found the home we desired, Elena’s tireless efforts ensured that we were able to make a quick and easy transition from old home to new home, without having to rent during the interim. During and after the purchase, especially when we experienced some unforeseen difficulties with the builder/seller, Elena was a determined advocate for our interests. We felt secure knowing that Elena and John L. Scott were on our side.
