Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $125K in Palm Coast, FL.
5 stars are not enough for Elena .I had never bought a home before and Elena took so much time answering all of my questions so matter how silly I thought they were.Elena will always be my real estate agent and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

Sold a home in 2012.
Due to the illness of my wife raised the issue of climate change and we decided to move to Florida. Through the Internet, we met with Elena. Even before the first meeting through correspondence we received answers to all our questions. At the meeting was that it is still a charming young woman. Elena gave us all the help in the search, preparation of documents for house purchase. Great work!!! The highest score and recommendations. We will certainly contact Elena for help.

Have bought and sold several homes in our past but have never had one go so smooth or with such ease. This I contribute wholly to Elena's experience, dedication and motivation. She never was pushy nor too busy to promptly answer any question or concern that arose. Elena Tchoumakova worked with us at Florida Green Homes, LLC, a couple years ago as a sales person. She was very efficient in her work effort. She was always timely in making appointments. She has very good customer service skills and is able to relate to all kinds of people. We are in the process of having her list one of our House/Lot packages. She is an expert in her knowledge of real estate and business.
