Bought a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $725K in Alameda, CA.
We bought our house with Elisa's help in 2007. She helped us deal with everything that came up and was extremely knowledgeable. I've recommended her to friends and would use her again if we ever decide to sell our wonderful home.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $500K in Skyline - Hillcrest Estates, Oakland, CA.
We (me and my partner) had the pleasure and support of having Elisa as our realtor for the purchase of a house in the Oakland Hills.
The purchase was a short sale and complex in many ways, with many opportunities for the deal to fall apart and for me to pay more than needed. Elisa guided us through this complex minefield while continually making sure that we fully understood the ramifications of all of the decisions we made along the way. She never had an agenda (other than making sure we fully understood our options and their potential positive and/or negative consequences) and always made clear that backing out was also an option on the table for us to seriously weigh. But since we saw tremendous potential in this house we aggressively pursued the successful purchase.
With Elisa's expert guidance, deep calm, ever-present warm smile, fantastic negotiation skills and vast pool of coworker resources, we managed to close escrow 61 days after we first saw the house!
I will strongly recommend Elisa to everyone; from my family and closest friends to the complete strangers that I have never met, that may read this review.…More Less
