Team reviews

Elizabeth did a great job representing me through a recent short sale. Her knowledge and timely follow through was outstanding. Further, she really seemed to understand the stress such a transaction has on a client, and was always there with information and timely updates. I recommend her and her team to any client without reservation.

Thank you, Sam. You were a trooper, too; always responding right away to lender requests, which made my job that much easier, and I appreciated it. I especially appreciate your kind review, thanks again!!!

Elizabeth was the greatest! She helped me sell my home during the most stressful time in my life and took care of every detail so I was free to focus on my situation. She really knows her stuff and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

I appreciate the fact you took time out of your busy day to post a review for me, Leeann. You were an absolute joy to work with. Thank you for the lovely gift and card as well. I love the scent of pineapple and papaya, it's so Hawaiian and tropical!

Thank you, Brad; although, I don't know how professional I probably appeared to your neighbors as they watched me inch my way up the fence, crawling like a caterpillar, and hop over it to retrieve my lockbox. The buyers locked the gate after closing! But you know how it goes, I always find a way to get things done.

Elizabeth, Please forgive my late review due to a crazy schedule and lots of travel , I have been sitting on like 15 reviews way overdue that I just never seem to get around to writing, but tonight I'm determined to start by the most important one on my list. In the case of Elizabeth Weintraub it's honestly difficult for me to put into words just how great of a Real Estate Professional she is. She has by very far exceeded all our expectations. ??We live in Southern California , more exactly in Orange County, we got referred to Elizabeth by a very dear friend ( Real Estate Agent) who turned down our listing due to the distance , Our home was an investment property located up in Northern California, it was a rental property so you are more than welcome to imagine the condition the tenants left it in when they moved out :O( . The house needed lots of work done before we could list it , Big Hardship given the fact that first of all it was too far away , second we could not be physically present to supervise all the work being done and make sure that it was done in compliance with all city codes. We contacted Elizabeth and right from the start we felt and noticed her professionalism, she even went above and beyond her listing agent duties and played the role of Project Manager by visiting the property almost on a daily basis , supervising the contractors ( who didn’t like it of course ) but she never let that discourage her from keeping our (her Client ) BEST INTEREST as her main concern and priority. PS : She didn’t even charge us for the extra hat she had to wear and all the contractor headache she had to deal with. As soon as the house was ready she listed it and Bam , it was sold within a week, I do not need to tell you how happy I was to finally wake up from that nightmare of owning a property too far away from where I live and not being able to attend to it and its problems the way I should be able to. Elizabeth took away that stress and helped the quality of my life be better. I honestly could go on and on talking about what a great Real Estate agent Elizabeth is , her professionalism, her great work ethics, her excellent communication ( was communicating with me while I was overseas and she kept the work going smoothly during my absence ) , Anyways I would like to sum it all up by saying that if I could give Elizabeth more than the 5 stars allowed here I would not hesitate and I would give her the maximum stars possible because she really DOES earn each and every one of them. I would definitely use her again and again and I would be very happy to refer her to my family and friends as in my eyes she is just SIMPLY THE BEST . THANK YOU. MM & HT

I laugh now when I recall this challenging transaction and how the contractor reacted when I gave him my frank four-letter-worded assessment of his work, but we got it done, and sold, and you were guys were ecstatic, and that's the most important thing! And I forgive you, of course, for being late with your review and you more than made up for the tardiness -- thank YOU!

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $250K in South Natomas, Sacramento, CA.

If happiness is expectations minus reality, then we are ecstatic to have chosen Elizabeth to list our home in Natomas. Elizabeth was insanely responsive and timely, starting with our first meeting. She provided ongoing updates throughout the sale process, and answered all questions we had in a timely manner. Elizabeth was spot on with her assessment of the current market conditions and prices, and got us our asking offer the same week. She is also an expert negotiator and it was clear she had our best interest in mind. We will definitely call Elizabeth for all our future real estate help. Don't be concerned if you think she's too "big time" and won't be able to give you the one-on-one attention you need... she makes the time, and uses her well-oiled team to deliver results!

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 in North Highlands, CA.

Like most parents getting close to retiring, we had hoped to finish raising our kids, pay off our house and bills, retire, and figure out what we wanted to do next. Unfortunately some health issues clobbered us, forcing us to retire early and move closer to our kids in the SF Bay Area while we were literally fighting for our lives. Our house was under water and we hadn’t been able to finish paying off the accumulated costs of raising a family over 40 years. Fortunately, we ran across Elizabeth Weintraub, who actually wrote The Book on short sales. Several times we had to focus entirely on doctors, hospitals, and setting up a new home, and at those times she just stood up and protected our backs. I don’t know how we could have gotten out of this difficult period without her experience, skill, and caring dedication to getting our family home sold without much help from us. This certainly was a small commission for a realtor of her caliber, but she gave it her all and saved our hides. Many Thanks to Elizabeth and her trusty assistant Shaundra!! We will find a way to pay this forward, and we’ll think of you guys when we do.

I know agents say they don't look at the money but many do, and I think you know, Brenda, that I have never been one of those agents. It truly does not matter where the home is located or its sale price. I am touched that you chose me to help you. Your compassion for others is contagious. I wish you and Greg all the best in your new lives. Please stay in touch.

Sold a Condo home in 2014 in Harding, Roseville, CA.

From the moment I first spoke with Elizabeth until the day we closed on the short-sale, I felt that I was well-informed and knew that her team would go above and beyond in order to make sure I had a good experience. She is a true professional who knows the in's and out's of the real estate industry better than anyone I have ever spoken with. The short-sale took just shy of a year to complete due to 4 different buyers that we had to work through as well as a few other surprises that came up along the way. Elizabeth and her team handled the entire experience with grace and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone interested in selling/buying/short-selling their property. A++++. Thank you Weintraub Team...You're the BEST!!

Holy smokes, thank you for this glowing review, David. It's not like we can put a buyer behind a secret mirror to interrogate them, we just do the best we can with the information they give us, and you were a real champ to hang in there and trust I would get the job done for you, which I'm happy to have done. Take care.

Sold a Condo home in 2014 in Elk Grove, CA.

I was underwater with the mortgage on my condo and looked up short sale realtors in Elk Grove. Elizabeth Weintraub appeared in my search and I looked at her website. I gave her a call and explained my situation and she was very understanding and answered all of my questions. She came over two days later and took pictures, I signed all the necessary paperwork and my condo was put on the market the next day. The short sale process took longer than we thought and through it all, Elizabeth was very patient and worked really hard to get all the approvals needed. She turned my hopeless situation into a positive one and I will never forget that. I really appreciate Elizabeth and all of her hard work and dedication. I was so thankful for how helpful her staff is. I would recommend Elizabeth Weintraub to my friends and family. Thanks Elizabeth!

I thoroughly enjoyed selling your home, even though it was a lot more work than we probably had planned for. But you know me, I never give up until you get what you want to get, and we got it. Thanks for taking the time to post a review for me. I'm thrilled that you're happy.
