Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Elk Grove, CA.
When faced with the possibility of selling my home on a short sale, I did my homework and came up with the person I felt was an expert in the field. I found her in Elizabeth Weintraub! Being a professional salesperson myself, I found it refreshing to be able to deal with someone of such high caliber. During the short sale process, we had two buyers that had fallen off for various reasons, but being a very determined individual, Elizabeth and her team were able to secure another solid buyer in less than 48 hours and was able to continue the process to completion. I had already referred Elizabeth and her superior team to a relative and would not hesitate to refer them again. Their attention to detail and knowledge made all the difference in the world in completing the sale of my home in the most expeditious and painless manner possible.

Through no fault of the seller on this short sale, the first buyer developed cold feet. The second buyers lost the buyers for their home. But the third buyer was indeed the lucky person. I appreciate your referrals, George, and I thank you for posting such a sweet review.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Tahoe Park East, Sacramento, CA.
I recently had to sell my parents home in Sacramento for them, which was problematic as I live in Oregon. I read numerous realtor reviews and then met with 3 Sacramento realtors, including Elizabeth. I choose Elizabeth as she seemed to have the clearest and most current knowledge of the local market and how best to proceed.
I found her advice and projections on what price to ask, what bids we would receive, when we would receive them, and what would (or wouldn't in my case) be needed to prepare the house for sale to be very accurate.
If you are looking for a realtor that is at the top of her game, I recommend Elizabeth to you. I think you will find her advice as on-point and accurate as I did. Roy Bergstrom

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Roseville, CA.
When I first decided to put my condo on the market as a short sale I had so many people giving me advice, some good and some bad. I was relieved when I found Elizabeth, with in a week she was at my house taking photos and placing my condo on the market. She was there with me for the whole process. I never felt overwhelmed because I knew she would have the answer. She is excellent at following through and keeping you informed. I could send her an email or call her and her response was always prompt. She is professional. Once you meet her you can tell she takes pride in what she does and in putting her clients first. One could not go wrong when choosing her and her support staff in sellling their home.

From the first instance of meeting Elizabeth, she impressed me.
Absolutely knowledgeable, courteous, caring, and honest.
( for a Real Estate Agent... practically unheard of, but true! )
She answered EVERY email (very quickly) and answered my phone calls (no answering machine).
I thought my home would be a tough sell... and Elizabeth got a BIDDING WAR going for it. My home sold for over asking, and made me a very happy client.
I would absolutely recommend Elizabeth as your Real Estate Agent. She will work for YOU. You will not have any regrets. At all.

Sold a home in 2012.
Elizabeth sold a 3 bdm, 2 ba. rental home for my wife and me near Sacramento State in late 2012. We were quite pleased with her professional approach and helpful ideas for home presentation. We subsequently listed a second rental home with her in Rancho Cordova. That home also sold within the first three days, this February. Both sold for more than the listing price. We intend to list a third 3 bdm, 2 ba. rental with her toward the end of this year, after the tenants of 12 yrs. retire and leave.
