Sacramento Real Estate Agent, CA (41 years experience)
Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $400K in Lincoln, CA.
Professional, responsive, accessible and customer-service oriented. Elizabeth sold our house in 16 days and we did the entire process remotely as we live out-of-state. Overall a great experience.

Thank you, Bobby. I loved working with you both and tried to make this transaction as painless as possible for you, especially given the difficult circumstances you faced previously after removing the troublesome tenants.
Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $375K in Elk Grove, CA.
Elizabeth is the best real estate I ever had pleasure working with. Prior to working with her, I listed my rental property in Elk Grove with a different agent. After 3 months of no activities, I switched to Elizabeth. Then she sold it in a month. I wish I knew earlier. Thanks Elizabeth!!!

It was kind of you to post this review, Nancy, and I sincerely hope our paths cross again!

Elizabeth was knowledgable, responsive, and very easy to work with. She set expectations about how the process of my house sale would go and delivered every step of the way. I would recommend her in an instant to family and friends in need of an agent. She made the process painless.

It's typically a two-way street in real estate; I'm very fortunate to work with smart and cooperative sellers like you, Ms. Broyles. You made my job pleasurable, and I thank you for choosing me as your agent. I hope to work with you again!! Happy Thanksgiving!!
Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $225K in Sacramento, CA.
Elizabeth is an amazing agent, and I highly recommend her. She is a true real estate expert. We decided to short sale our home July 2014. My husband and I had always been hesitant to short sale because we had heard how challenging the process is. Elizabeth found a buyer for our home within three days, and we closed escrow within three months. She made the short sale process easy and stress free. She knows her stuff!
She is very responsive. Anytime I reached out to her, she was available or she would respond back quickly (usually within minutes!). She kept us in the loop throughout the process, and provided great guidance along the way making our transition to our new home very smooth and an exciting experience verses a stressful one.
Her assistant Shaundra is also awesome. She too was very helpful, and always followed up.
My only regret is that I didn’t find Elizabeth sooner!
Response from Elizabeth on 10/24/2014
Shaundra is awesome. She rocks. I spent years looking for the right counterpart to be my right-hand person, and she is the best, hands down. You deserve only the best in life, Amanda, because it's so short. And I don't mean that in a short sale kinda way. Thank you for your sweet review.
Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $200K in Valley High-North Laguna, Sacramento, CA.
Ms. Weintraub helped us with the short sale of our home. I found her information online and I am very glad that I did. She was very professional and very knowledgeable to include Ms. Bradley. As it is our first time selling a
house, we had a lot of questions and concerns which she handled correctly
and truthfully. She told me that she could sell the house almost immediately after being listed and she did. I am located in the midwest and our house is
in Sacramento but she made the process very easy and stress-free for us. She
is very good in communicating back and forth with us through phone calls or
email. She and her team saved us from the financial burden of our home. If you want to have the same experience, I would definitely recommend
you to go through her

It's working with clients like you, Jonas, that makes me one of the luckiest and happiest real estate agents in Sacramento. Thank you for posting a review.

Well, we started to work with Elizabeth after getting nothing accomplished with another agent regarding our short sale. From the beginning, Elizabeth stated "we will get this done." I must say I doubted it would get done, because of our poor experience with another agent, but we completed the sale. Elizabeth contacted us immediately to report the great news and I couldn't have been happier. Please use Elizabeth and her impressive team (Shaundra) and she will make it happen for you as well.

I know it's really hard in the beginning to trust an agent you don't know, especially after your horrible experience with the previous agent, but I was confident we would close your escrow, and I like to be right all of the time -- just ask my husband. :)

Elizabeth Weintraub "walked the extra mile" for my wife and me. I contacted Elizabeth and asked her to represent us as we went through the process of a short sale on our home. Little did we know that the peculiarity of our home mortgage was such that our mortgage company played by different rules than other banks. What should have been a quick slam dunk of a sale became a two year ordeal that resembled a horrible roller coaster ride. Through all of this, Elizabeth remained optimistic and actively worked to sell our home. There were numerous times I just wanted to give up. Yet, she remained loyal and encouraged us. She said she "never gives up" - and she was faithful to her words. She didn't give up on us. We finally sold our house.
I've worked with other realtors, but often didn't feel they were watching my back. With Elizabeth, my experience was different, She kept us informed throughout the process and worked diligently with the banks, other realtors, and escrow companies. She eased our minds and hesitations by letting us know what to expect. If you want a person who will represent you and your interests fairly, I commend with highest accolades- Elizabeth Weintraub. Her loyalty, seasoned knowledge of and expertise in handling short sales, her extensive network of professionals and team, and most of all her code of ethics will serve you well. She is the best!

I highly recommend Elizabeth to anyone needing at realtor. She made a stressful situation of selling a house for us so much easier. She was always available to answer questions and helped us in any way she could, she even helped us find contractors to do work that needed to be done. We got an excellent price for our house and sold the first day on the market, Thank you Elizabeth!

Thank you, Terry, for taking the time to post a review about my services on Zillow. The only thing I really regret is the whole escrow was over so quickly, once we finally got on the market, that we didn't get to spend more time together! I hope you'll stay in touch!
I moved to Atlanta/GA one year back from the Middle East. As we built our credit history, I and my husband decided to purchase a house. Needless to say, the process of home purchase is totally different back home. My broker helped explaining a lot of details about the process and how things work in the US but no one and nothing could have prepared me for this huge investment more than your article "Buying a Home, Guide on Getting Started". You have answered all of my questions, including the ones that I had been embarrassed to ask. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Oh, you're talking about an article on About.com! That is so incredibly sweet and nice of you to post this review. I'm happy to have been such a help to you, even in an indirect way such as through my homebuying articles on About.com. I'm glad you were able to buy a home here, too! Thanks, again for writing.
AWFUL experience with this agent. I called to enquire about a home that she has listed. My wife and I were going to be in the area and have been looking to purchase a home. We own several properties and have purchased a dozen or so times over the last decade...always working independently. We are not agents. At first she tried to have us go look at a plethora of homes with one of her fellow agents. When I told her that we do not need an agent and only want to see this particular property, she flat out refused. Her whole demeanor changed and she said "That's not how this works! You have to have an agent or you're not getting in to see a home". She was quite rude and had a very condescending tone. In my years of purchasing real estate, I have never been treated this poorly. It feel bad for the home owners who entrust her to represent their property. If she is desperate to be representing people then she needs to be a professional, allow us to view the property, and if she is worth her weight, perhaps we would have had her show us others. Too bad...

I am so terribly sorry you had a bad experience with a fellow real estate agent in East Sacramento but I am afraid whomever you talked to was certainly not me as this is not how am I perceived by my clients nor how I respond to callers. At the moment, I have a small cottage for sale in East Sacramento, and I would run over there in a heartbeat to show to any potential buyers. I cannot imagine treating a potential buyer so poorly, and I wonder who you talked to now.
