Reuben, you were a sheer delight to work with, so it's a two-way street, you know. You always sent back documents immediately upon request and performed in a timely manner, which made my job just that much easier. I wish we could have closed with the first buyers, which would have been easier on you, but we were able to close with the second buyer, and that where the rubber meets the road. I hope to hear from you again in 2 years when it's time to buy a new home!

Thanks, Rich. I think sometimes people forget that I also sell regular homes with equity, so this is a nice reminder. Thank you for your kind review, and for being so willing to do everything it took to quickly sell your home. A seller who sees his agent as a partner in marketing is the best tool a real estate agent can have!

I am really touched, Dave. Sort of speechless. This is one of the reasons that I really love doing short sales because I feel like I am making a difference for people. Not going to foreclosure is huge for some people. You know how relieved I am for you. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I am grateful.

Yes, that particular bank is not my favorite bank and, in fact, many agents in the short sale business won't even touch a short sale with that bank. But I know what they do and how to work with them, so I was happy to facilitate this for you.
