My wife Johannah Spero and I have purchased several homes in the Salisbury and Newburyport area over the last 10 years and we have to say that Ellie DiPaolo is the most impressive realtor we have worked with to either purchase and or sell a house. Ellie is truly available 24-7 and always answers the phone with a smile and you really feel like you are the only customer that she is working with at that moment. After the purchase of 115 Atlantic ave we celebrated with Ellie and she was so sweet and gave us several gifts like a beautiful house warming gift, a gift certificate for a local restaurant and wonderful little gifts for our three small boys. More realtors should take Ellie's apporocah and remember after the sale is just as important as getting the sale completed. Ellie was recommended to us by a neighbor who spoke very highly of her. We used her as both a selling and buying agent. She is very invested in her clients and follows up quickly any time of the day or night. She worked with us on weekends, weeknights, and any other time that was convenient for our schedule.
She is very service-oriented. She brought in an art consultant on her dime to help us to stage our home for selling. She brought paperwork over to our house and held meetings at our house. She reached out to our condo association trustees to get paperwork rather than having us do the "dirty work." She had several open houses for us on Sundays and purposely had the hours so that they did not interfere with football games (so that more people would be likely to stop in.)
As we looked for new homes, Ellie continuously sent us listings that she saw that she knew we would be interested in. When we bought our new home, Ellie did a complementary radon test for us. She also researched the area for us to help us find oil companies, propane, etc to get everything set up. She reminded us of deadlines and things that we would have forgotten to do. She was so resourceful and helpful. She also recommended a "mothers group" in my new town for me and emailed me the links to sign up, which has helped me meet new people.
Ellie is very trustworthy and one of the most hard-working people I have ever met. She has been working as a real estate agent for 20 years and knows this industry better than most.

I would recommend Ellie very highly. She is SUPER-responsive and makes sure all the details are in order. She keeps in constant contact during the entire sales/ purchase process. She takes the time to get to know her clients so as to rise to their specific needs. She does this while maintaining the ability to deliver news or information which is necessary for her client to know--even if they aren't happy to hear it. In what can sometimes be an emotional process, she keeps things real in a "got-your-back" kind of way.
